Access passes that prove they’re live.
A digital AAA, VIP, artist or crew pass on the holder’s phone. A clock ticks by the second, and the screen ripples like water wherever you touch it. A screenshot just sits there – security sees it at a glance.
Free during early access. Switch Badges on when you sign up, or later under Staff & venues → Tools.
Built to be checked in two seconds
Hours, minutes and seconds, plus today’s date. A still image is obvious.
Tap the screen and it ripples like a drop in water, with a small vibration. Pictures don’t react.
The pass checks in every few seconds. Cancel it and it turns grey; lose signal and it says so.
AAA, VIP, ARTIST, CREW, PRESS, GUEST – or type your own. Six colours to tell areas apart.
Valid for a single night or up to 31 days, ending at 06:00 after the last day.
SMS, WhatsApp, email or a QR from your screen. You see when it was last opened.
Badges are checked by eye, not scanned, and they don’t log who walked through which door. For counted entry use the guest list with door check-in.
Questions
How does security check a badge?
Look at the clock – it runs with seconds and matches the time now. Touch the screen – it ripples like water. The dot says LIVE. A screenshot or photo does none of that.
Do I need a scanner?
No. Badges are checked by eye. That makes them fast at a backstage door – and it also means they depend on staff actually looking.
Can I cancel a badge?
Yes, any time. Within a few seconds the holder’s screen turns grey and says NOT VALID.
How long can a badge be valid?
From one day up to 31 days – a festival weekend, a tour leg or a conference week. It ends at 06:00 after the last day.
Does the holder need an app?
No. They open a link in their phone’s browser.
Hand out the first AAA tonight.
Free during early access. No card, no app, no hardware.
