Do guests need an app?
No. Guests don’t need anything. Staff and hosts use their phone browser.
How many phones can the door use?
As many as you like. One shared door login – everyone sees the same list, live.
How do I add names?
Paste them, one per line, like “Anna Berg +3”. RONDZA counts the people for you. Up to 1,000 lines at a time.
What is a host or promoter link?
A link you give someone so they can add their own guests, up to a quota of people you set. No login needed.
What happens to the data?
We store the name, the number of extra guests and the check-in count. Lists are deleted automatically 30 days after the event.
Can I combine it with drink tickets?
Yes – switch on Drink & food tickets in your settings at any time.
