Getting started
What is RONDZA?
A web app for guest lists, door check-in, digital drink & food tickets and live badges. It runs in any phone or computer browser.
How do I start?
Create a free account, choose what you run and which tools you want. You can open your first guest list or give your first drinks two minutes later.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Not for you, your staff or your guests.
Do I need a campaign code?
No. Codes are optional – they’re used in some campaigns and partnerships.
Guest lists & check-in
How do I add names?
Paste them, one per line. Write “Anna Berg +3” for a group of four. Up to 1,000 lines at a time.
What is a host link?
A link that lets someone – a promoter, a department, a family – add their own guests up to a quota of people. No login needed.
Can several people check in at once?
Yes. Everyone on the door login sees the same list, updated every few seconds.
Can the door add names?
No. The door checks people in; names come from you and your hosts.
Badges
How is a badge checked?
By eye: a clock ticking with seconds, a water ripple when you touch the screen, and a LIVE dot. No scanner.
Can I cancel one?
Yes. It turns grey and says NOT VALID within seconds.
Drink & food tickets
How does a guest use a ticket?
They open the link and show the QR code. Staff scan it and the balance drops. In swipe mode the bartender swipes one away on the guest’s phone instead.
Scan or swipe – which should I pick?
Scan is the safest: only staff with a login can redeem. Swipe is the fastest, but trust-based – use it for artists, DJs and crew. You choose per batch.
What stops a ticket being used twice?
The balance lives on the server, so copies and screenshots share the same balance. Repeat scans within five seconds ask first.
How long is a ticket valid?
For the day you choose, until 06:00 the next morning.
Do tickets have a money value?
No. A ticket is a count of drinks or meals, not a cash amount.
Data, security & cost
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before any paid plan.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the EU.
How long are guest names kept?
Guest lists are deleted automatically 30 days after the event.
Do you use tracking cookies?
No. We only use the cookies needed to keep you logged in, and count website visits without cookies.
Try it yourself.
Free during early access. No card, no app, no hardware.
