A Friday at a busy restaurant
Your new sommelier starts today. You give her five staff meals for the week – actually one link per day, so each day has its own count.
A table waited 40 minutes for their mains. The manager gives them four drinks as a link from her phone; the table scans it at the bar on their way out.
On Saturday the private room hosts a 30-person dinner. The host gets a list link with 30 spots and fills it in herself. Your host stand checks people in as they arrive.
Set up in minutes.
Choose how many and, if you like, who they’re for.
SMS, WhatsApp, email – or let the guest scan the QR from your screen.
Bar scans drinks, kitchen scans food. The wrong station gets a clear “wrong place”.
Created, used and left – per day and per link.

Questions
Can I use it for staff meals?
Yes. Give a staff member meals as a link and the kitchen scans it. You see how many were used per day.
Is a voucher worth an amount of money?
No. A voucher is a count – one drink or one meal – not a cash value. That keeps it simple at the till.
Can the kitchen and the bar both scan?
Yes, each with its own shared login. The bar can only redeem drinks and the kitchen only food.
Do guests need to download anything?
No. The voucher opens in the phone’s browser and shows a QR code and a short code.
