Welcome drinks that actually get counted.
Give every guest a welcome drink or breakfast as a link at check-in. The bar and restaurant scan it, you see how many were redeemed, and nobody prints a voucher again.

A weekend package, done digitally
Your “Weekend in town” package includes a welcome drink and breakfast. Reception, logged in as admin, creates two drinks and two breakfasts for each arriving couple – labelled with the room name – and shares the links by text.
In the evening the bartender scans the guest’s QR with the bar login. The balance drops from two to one; the guest’s partner uses the other later.
Breakfast is scanned in the restaurant with the kitchen login. On Monday you know how many guests used what the package promised.

Questions
Can breakfast be scanned in a different place than drinks?
Yes. Drinks are scanned with the bar login and food with the kitchen login, so each outlet only redeems what belongs to it.
Does it connect to our property management system?
Not yet. Today reception creates vouchers in RONDZA directly. If an integration matters to you, tell us which system you use.
Can a voucher last the whole stay?
Today a voucher is valid for one chosen day. For a three-night stay, create one per day.
What does the guest see?
A clean page with the hotel’s name, the balance, a QR code and a short code – in their phone browser.
