Terms of service (early access)

These terms apply while RONDZA is in early access. They are short on purpose. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

RONDZA provides web tools for guest lists, check-in and drink & food tickets. During early access the service is free and under active development: features can change, and we may make mistakes. We do our best to keep it running, but we don’t promise any particular uptime.

Your account

You are responsible for your logins, including the shared staff logins you create, and for what happens in your account. Change a password if you think it has been shared with someone who shouldn’t have it.

Your responsibilities as organiser

You decide who is on your lists and who receives tickets, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to your event – including alcohol and licensing rules and data protection. RONDZA counts drinks and meals; it doesn’t decide whether serving them is appropriate.

Acceptable use

Don’t use RONDZA for anything illegal, to store more personal data than you need, or to try to break, overload or get around the service.

Liability

RONDZA is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue from an event, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms or introduce paid plans. We will tell account holders at least 30 days before any paid plan or material change takes effect. You can stop using RONDZA and ask us to delete your account at any time.
