Can we import from our registration tool?
Copy the name column and paste it. RONDZA reads one name per line, and “+1” for companions.
Can attendees check themselves in?
Not today – check-in is done by your staff, which keeps the list trustworthy.
Is there a limit on attendees?
No price per guest and no hard limit for normal conference sizes. Paste up to 1,000 names at a time.
Do we need special hardware?
No. Registration staff use their own phones, and catering scans QR codes with the phone camera.
