A list for the busy nights. Drinks on the house, tracked.
Keep a guest list for launch nights and weekends, and give free drinks as a link instead of a nod to the bartender. Everything runs in the phone browser.

Give three drinks to the band. Each scan is counted, and you see what’s left.
Open a list only on the nights you need it. Quiet Tuesday? Skip it.
A launch night at a rooftop bar
You’re hosting a launch for a new gin. You open the night, paste the 60 invited names from your email and give the brand’s marketing team a link with 30 spots for their own guests.
Each invited guest gets two welcome drinks. You create the drinks with the guest’s name as a label and send the links in the same message as the invite.
At the bar, staff scan the QR with the shared bar login. The brand sees afterwards how many drinks were actually used – useful when they ask what the evening cost.
Set up in minutes.
No fixed schedule. Open a list for any date.
Paste names, or give a partner a list link with a quota.
Choose the number of drinks and who they’re for.
The bar login scans drinks. The kitchen login scans food.

Questions
Do bartenders need their own accounts?
No. The bar shares one login – write it on a note behind the bar. Change the password and every phone is signed out at once.
Can a guest give a drink to a friend?
Yes. The guest can pass some of their drinks on as a new link. Both links keep their own balance.
How long is a drink ticket valid?
For the day you choose, until 06:00 the next morning – so late nights still count as the same night.
Does it work without Wi-Fi at the bar?
It needs a mobile connection when scanning, because the balance lives on the server. That’s what makes double-scans impossible.
