The company summer party
HR creates the event and gives each of eight departments a list link with their headcount. Team leads add names over a week; when sales hits its 60, it’s full.
The venue’s bar agreed to scan RONDZA vouchers. HR creates two drinks per guest on one link per department, and team leads pass drinks on to their people.
On the night, the venue checks names in at the door and scans drinks at the bar. The next morning HR knows how many came and how many drinks were used.

Does the venue need RONDZA too?
Their bar staff need to scan the vouchers. Create a bar login in your account and give it to the venue for the night.
Can guests swap drinks for food?
A voucher is either drinks or food. Give both if the evening includes both.
Can we limit drinks per person?
Yes – each guest’s link holds the number you give it, and it can’t go below zero.
Is it free?
Yes, during early access. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice before any paid plan starts.
