The whole night, from the door to the bar.
Promoters fill their own lists, the door checks groups in live, and the DJ’s drinks live on a link the bar can scan. One login per role, as many phones as you need.

“2 of 5 inside” – check groups in one by one, on every door phone at once.
Give the DJ ten drinks as a link. The bar scans it, the balance drops, it can never go below zero.
A Saturday with RONDZA
On Thursday you open Saturday for your main room and give each promoter a link: Erik gets 40 spots, the birthday table gets 12. They add guests from their phones as people text them – “Anna Berg +3” counts as four. When a quota is full, it’s full.
At 23:00 two door hosts open the same list on their phones. A group of five arrives in two waves; the door taps +1 three times now and two more at half past midnight. Nobody needs to shout across the queue.
Behind the bar, the headliner shows a QR code for the drinks you gave her. The bartender scans it with the bar’s shared login. Green means pour. If she shares two drinks with her tour manager, his link has its own balance.
On Sunday you can see who was inside from which list. Thirty days later the names delete themselves.

Questions
Can promoters see each other’s lists?
No. A promoter link only shows that promoter’s own names and how many of them are inside. You see everything.
What if two door hosts check in the same guest at once?
The database only allows as many check-ins as the group has people, so two taps on the last spot can never make “6 of 5”.
Can the door add names?
No – on purpose. The door login can check people in, not add them. Names come from you and your promoters.
How do we stop a drink ticket being used twice?
Every scan is deducted from a live balance on the server. A second scan within five seconds asks before deducting again, and a scan can be undone for 15 seconds.
