At 08:00 the crew manager creates breakfast and lunch for the build team – one food link per team leader with as many meals as their team needs. Leaders pass meals on to individuals as links.
The catering tent scans with the kitchen login. When a team’s balance is used up, it’s used up – no extra meal on a copied ticket.
In the evening the artist liaison gives the headliner twelve drinks on a link. The backstage bar scans them with the bar login.

Questions
How many people can scan at once?
As many phones as you like on the same shared login. Two scans of the same voucher at the same moment are still deducted correctly.
Can a team leader split meals?
Yes. Whoever has a link can pass part of the balance on as a new link, and you see the whole chain.
Is a voucher valid for the whole festival?
A voucher is valid for one day (until 06:00 the next morning). Create one per day so each day’s meals stay separate.
What if someone screenshots a QR?
The screenshot points to the same balance. It can only be used as many times as there are meals left.
