How RONDZA handles personal data
Last updated: 2026-10-16.
Who is responsible
The organiser who uses RONDZA – a venue, company or private person – decides who is put on a guest list and who receives drink or food tickets. The organiser is the data controller for that information. RONDZA processes it on the organiser’s behalf, as a data processor. Our standard data processing agreement applies to every organiser account; for a signed copy, email privacy@rondza.com.
For organiser accounts (admin email and login details) and for our website, RONDZA is the data controller.
What we store
Guest lists: the name an organiser or host writes, the number of extra guests (“+2”) and how many have been checked in. We don’t ask for guests’ phone numbers, emails or dates of birth.
Drink & food tickets: the number of items, an optional label the organiser writes (for example a first name), when it was created and when it was redeemed.
Badges: the name, level and access area the organiser writes, the dates it is valid and when it was last opened.
Accounts: the organisation name, what kind of events it runs, an email address and a hashed password per role, and feedback you choose to send us.
Website: an anonymous count of visits per page per day and the referring website. No IP addresses, no cookies, no profiles.
How long
Guest lists and badges are deleted automatically 30 days after the event, and names on drink & food tickets are removed after 30 days (the counts stay for the organiser’s statistics). Account details are kept while the account exists. Delete your account by emailing us, and we delete its data within 30 days.
Where and with whom
Data is stored on servers in the EU. We use a small number of service providers to run RONDZA: hosting, and an email service to send password resets and account emails. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to complain to your data protection authority (in Sweden, IMY). If you think you are on a guest list, contact the organiser – or email privacy@rondza.com and we will help.
